Delete your Mr Fix account

From the app

Open the app → Profile → Delete account, then enter your password to confirm.

Enter the email you signed up with and we will send you a confirmation code.

Account details: name, email, phone, address, country, region and photo.
For technicians: specialty, experience, schedule, and ID card and selfie photos.
Orders, reviews and chats, including all their photos, videos and voice messages.
Notifications and sign-ins on every device.

Deletion is immediate and permanent; we do not keep a copy of this data.
